By using Trading Probability, you agree to use the site only for lawful personal education and to respect the site's intellectual property.

Permitted use

You may use Trading Probability to learn about trading probability, run simulator examples, use calculators, read guides and link to public pages in a normal, non-abusive way.

You may quote short excerpts only when they are limited, clearly attributed to Trading Probability and linked back to the original page.

Prohibited copying and reuse

You may not copy, clone, scrape, mirror, republish, redistribute, resell, frame, translate, adapt, reverse engineer for commercial reuse, create derivative products from, or reproduce substantial parts of Trading Probability without prior written permission.

This restriction applies to the text, calculators, simulator logic, code, page structure, visual design, charts, examples, data presentation, interface behavior, branding and other original material on the site.

Automated access and extraction

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, systematic extraction, bot access, data mining, source-code harvesting, model training use, competitive analysis intended to copy the site, or any automated use that burdens the service is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Accessing the site with tools designed to bypass technical, legal or usage restrictions does not grant permission to reuse the content or simulator behavior.

Simulator and calculator terms

The simulator and calculators are educational tools. Outputs depend on user-provided assumptions and are not trading advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or a forecast of real market results.

You are responsible for checking your own strategy data, execution quality, costs, risk limits, broker rules, prop firm rules and local regulations before making any trading decision.

No professional relationship

Use of Trading Probability does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, broker, agency, employment or professional relationship. The site does not provide personalized suitability analysis, account management, trading signals or recommendations.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether any trading activity, funded account rule set, risk amount or third-party service is appropriate for your circumstances.

Third-party links and monetization

Trading Probability may display advertisements or link to third-party websites, tools, brokers, prop firms, platforms or educational resources. Some links may be affiliate links.

Third-party websites are responsible for their own terms, privacy practices, fees, risks and disclosures. Trading Probability is not responsible for third-party content or services.

No warranties

Trading Probability is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The site owner does not promise that the site, tools, calculations, content, examples, availability or outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Probability is not liable for trading losses, account failures, rule breaches, lost profits, missed opportunities, reliance on simulated outputs, technical issues, third-party actions or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the site.

User responsibility

You agree that you use the site at your own risk and that you are responsible for your own trading, financial, legal, tax and account decisions. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use may be investigated and may result in takedown notices, hosting complaints, search engine removal requests, ad network complaints, platform abuse reports, cease-and-desist demands, claims for damages, recovery of legal costs and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site, tools, monetization model or legal requirements change. Continued use of the site after an update means the updated terms apply from that point forward.
